  • Develop and implement leasing strategies aligned with the shopping malls objectives, market trends, and tenant demand.
  • Identify and engage with potential tenants, negotiate lease terms, and secure new lease agreements to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and maximizing tenant satisfaction and retention in the process, evaluate their performance.
  • Analyze leasing metrics, rental rates, and financial performance to evaluate leasing opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee lease documentation, including lease agreements, amendments, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
