Job Description

A leading FMCG & Retail Group in UAE urgently requires the Retail Division Manager to manage the retail operations and its administration (including planning & buying, store & staff management, e-commerce, etc.). The Company is selling the premium and luxury brands under Baby, Child and Mother care categories across UAE and expanding its? operation to GCC.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the Division right from Procurement till Sales.
  • Be responsible for commercials, strategy, reporting, marketing, performance management, budget, and stock management.
  • Develop and conduct goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards within the luxury retail division.
  • Prepare annual sales plans and annual budgets in line with Company?s objectives and targets.
  • Identify the best sales channel, develop marketing strategies, design and participate in large scale sales promotion / demos to promote sales.
  • Monitor daily store operations to ensure that goals and objectives are met, from sales targets, margins and profit.
  • Review and develop the stores performance, sales targets, marketing activities, staff training and development.
  • Develop the digital marketing strategies, ensure active engagement of the customers with Company?s social media platforms, liaison with Influencers and arrange various events to consumer engagement in the market.
  • Lead for online & web-sales through own- and third-party ecommerce platforms in UAE & GCC markets and grow the business at e-commerce channel.
  • Promote and grow customer base and service excellence.
  • Maintain relationships with the suppliers, vendors and business partners to ensure that overall growth of the retail division is aligned with the Company?s strategy.
  • Monitor, analyse and report the market trends and competitor activities to the Management periodically.
  • Be responsible for the Divisions sales, revenue growth and profitability.
