Quest Search and Selection is working with a premier retail group currently looking for a Retail Director to lead their team in Dubai. We are ideally looking for someone who has extensive experience in the fashion retail category and has the capacity to manage at multiple stores.As Retail Director, you will:- Lead and manage retail operations of all assigned territories- Ensure delivery of the agreed profitability, brand messaging, and excellent overall customer experience across retail stores- Develop, lead, and monitor implementation of all operational events and activities- Be the subject matter expert of territorys customer/market behavior- Keep abreast with industry trends and best practices- Develop high competitor and market awareness within the team- Train, coach, and manager all retail teams across assigned territories- Maintain and foster key internal and external relationships- Lead process improvements and ensure stores compliance to all company policiesDesirable skills and background:- Bachelors degree, with at least 8-10 years proven experience in handling multi-location retail store operations- Preferably with experience in the fast Fashion and Retail industry- Extensive experience in all retail operations support (buying, merchandising, finance, marketing, etc)- Demonstrated experience implementing excellent customer service- Can-do attitude, with strong people management, organizational, strategic thinking, analytical, and customer service experience skills- Senior-level written and verbal communication skills- Exposure in GCC (required), Arabic speaker (preferred)In return for your handwork and success, the company is willing to pay an attractive tax-free salary along with great benefits.If you feel you have what it takes to be part of this successful company, then please apply with an up to date CV.We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
