PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide exceptional customer service and lead others do the same. Assigning the team on day-to-day operations. Oversee FOH Outlet Operations. Oversee and monitor staff?s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements and reports the same to Restaurant Manager. Develop strategies for improving customers dining experience. Strong contributor towards restaurant sales increase. Maintain inventories of all goods, kitchen supplies and cleaning products accordingly. Controlling and developing to waste management, decrease cost. Effectively handling petty cash and in-depth knowledge of handling POS. Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverages and service sequences.
