  • Supervise the day shift restaurant operation.
  • Coordinate with the mid shift supervisor and to the operation manager.
  • Lead, assign duties, shifts and supervise their work and other daily job-related functions.
  • Train staff about menu knowledge and standard service
  • Assist in mis-en-place and restaurant layout˙˙
