  • Managing restaurant staffs work schedules.
  • Maintain high-quality food standards by Checking in on dining customers & proactively engaging with them to inquire about food quality and service.
  • Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively in a professional manner.
  • Develop strategies for improving our customers? dining experience.
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked, along with maintaining the restaurant?s cash flow and settling outstanding bills
