Reporting to the Ops Manager you ll be accountable for the restaurant in terms of product, people, guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance, team development for FOH & BOH; taking charge of the controllable lines of the P&L as delegated & deliver the budget.Work with the ops manager to execute the plan in place to beat the budget, driving top line sales, oversee team objectives, development plans, & execute the succession planDrive culture, inspire, guide & educate juniors, ensure a fully trained team regarding compliance, achieving above 95% on customer service and food auditsSupporting the ops manager with bespoke local initiatives & advertising, enforcing brand standards throughout the restaurant & guest experienceExcellent communicator & inspirational leader, evidence of managing peopleA genuine passion & in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, have previous managerial experience gained here in the UAE & in EuropeInterested candidates can apply with your resume.
