Restaurant ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest service on the floor.•Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and ongoing performance development.•Manage staff schedules, operational routines, and ensure smooth shift execution.•Monitor and report on sales, voids, complementary tables, and average check data.•Review weekly reports including maintenance issues, supply chain feedback, and P&L insights.•Support inventory control, cost management, and overall restaurant profitability.•Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.•Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Training, Supply Chain) to support business needs.Requirements:•Minimum 25 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume, premium-casual environment.•Strong leadership and people development skills.•Proficiency in restaurant reporting systems and operational controls.•Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences.•Strong communication in English.•Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
