Restaurant ManagerJob Location : UAE:•Set an example in terms of service, products, and guidance of the team that reflects the concept•Co-ordinate between beverage & kitchen to ensure smooth flow of service•Manage and oversee the handling of guests, recommendation of food and beverage items, taking orders, and processing and presentation of guest bills•Communicate any comments, complaints, and suggestions relating to the operation to the AGM and GM.•Ensure the proper handling of all equipment as well as its cleanliness and state of maintenance•Utilize the guest feedback to improve service standards and create and maintain a guest history file•Ensure that all bills have been closed off at the end of the day and ensure each cash-up is complete•Conduct monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment together with the restaurant teamJob Details :•A degree in hospitality management or a relevant field•Prior experience in fine dining concepts is a MUST
