  • Overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensuring efficient customer service and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the dining experience.
  • Train, and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and BOH staff as necessary.
  • Handle the schedule routine of all FOH staff considering the peak hours, season and restaurant operational hours with the number of staff.
  • Be proactive in representing the restaurant to the clients ? asking them for feedback, upselling, and making sure they have the best experience.
