  • Oversee the dining area and supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with company operating policies that he or she may help establish.
  • Taking the lead and responsibilities on restaurant sales in terms of target achievement.
  • Taking a lead on business development, i.e. designing and implementing strategic sales that expand customer base and ensure a strong company presence.
  • Creates a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.
  • Maintains records of staff periodic manner and operating costs and provides feedback and coaching to the FOH team regularly.
