Job Description

Position Title:Restaurant ManagerEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, uniform, and food allowanceJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai

  • Organize and supervise shifts for front of the house team following policies and protocols of restaurant operation.
  • Maintain restaurant?s good image and suggest ways to improve it especially in training new and current employees regarding excellent customer service practices.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
