Job Description

Position Title:Restaurant ManagerEmployment Type:Full timeSalary:up to 20K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualificationJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A newly opened high end standalone restaurant based in DubaiJob Role:

  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Open to European nationals
  • Female, 25 to 40 years old
  • At least 2 years? experience from fine dining/stand alone or high-end casual dining restaurant
