  • Work in close cooperation with all other key departments in the business to ensure a smooth operation
  • Utilize resources to the food cost by practicing economy of inventory items to ensure sufficient supplies and minimize cost by avoiding wastage and spoilages
  • Implement new policies and procedures to follow company standards of processes and rendering customer service
  • Maintain and observe consistency and quality of all foods served
  • Handle guest complaints/suggestions/requests directly to achieve high guest satisfaction and retention
  • Liaise with the outlet Chef to maintain FOH stock levels, avoiding spoilage and wastage
