Job Description

  • Brief the team before each service (assign a position to each, inform them of priority products to sell)
  • Debrief with the team after each service (recognize work well done, implement corrective actions if needed)
  • Create and maintain team cohesion and a good working environment on daily basis ensuring proper application of company standards
  • Work on administrative tasks such us updating HR Software (staff schedule checker, payroll access to employees, cash sheets accounting, etc.
  • Manage raw material, orders, stocks, inventory and wage bill overall
