Job Description

RESTAURANT MANAGER

  • Implement, Monitor and control food and beverage service daily operating standards together.
  • Liaise with the kitchen In charge/ Chef to ensure that food items are produced according to the set standards.
  • Deliver on and off job training to new joiners.
  • Prepare duty roaster with in allocated labour budget.
  • Has extensive knowledge with POS system and managerial back office.
  • Ensure compliance with recent covid protocols and Dubai municipality to ensure and maintain health and safety.
Skills and Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant In charge / Manager.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office.
  • Good communication and Presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership
  • Performance Oriented
