Job opportunity for a seeking Restaurant Manager or Supervisor, Must comes from a restaurant background.About Our brand ? we are a family eat and play restaurant at JBR and a branch at Bluewaters.1. Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation2. Deliver superior guest services3. Ensuring guest (kids) satisfaction4. Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints5. Organize and supervise shifts6. Manage and lead staff7. Training and evaluate staff performance8. Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory9. Manage restaurant supplies10. Control costs and minimize waste11. Nurture a positive working environment12. Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions13. Previous restaurant experience14. Prior work as a manager or supervisor15. Success with customer service16. Training in food safety is Must with PIC DUBAI CERTIFICATE17. Ability to keep inventory organized18. Understanding of local regulations19. Availability to work a flexible schedule (e.g., days, nights, weekends, holidays)20. Ability to operate POS (point of sale) systems, back-of-house systems, and restaurant operating systems
