  • Meet and greet all incoming guest then assist them to their preferred/reserved table or reserved table?
  • Take?bookings over the phone and document in the reservation book according to restaurant standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of all menus and hostess stations
  • Assist with beverage?and food service when required by supervisor
  • Ensure the restaurant is ready to receive guests prior to opening as per restaurant standards
