Job Description

Position Title:˙F&B/Restaurant General ManagerEmployment Type:˙Full Time˙Salary:˙up to 40K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus yearly bonusJob Location: Dubai, UAE

  • Manage operations (front office and back office) and ensure a high level of service to customers
  • Set up the strategy for a large restaurant serving international cuisine complimented with alcohol license
  • Responsible for P&L, you will be in charge of proposing and implementing all actions aimed at improving results and productivity
  • Ensure that departments operate in accordance with both the countrys legislation and standards & procedures established internally by the Group
  • Develop the team management policy and support heads of department and their staff in their professional development
