Key Responsibilities:Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.Accurately process customer orders and payments using POS system.Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as required.Ensure proper cash handling and secure cash register operations.Assist in closing the register and preparing daily sales reports.Coordinate with waiters and kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback professionally and promptly.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and service standards.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as a cashier in F&B or Fine Dining Restaurant in DUBAIStrong numerical and communication skills.Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, tally or microsFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Must be customer-service oriented, reliable, and honest.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Able to work graveyard shiftsAble to work in a shisha environment restaurant.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of basic accounting or cash handling.Calm under pressure, especially during busy hours.Team player with a positive attitude.
