  • Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and make sure that the restaurants ambiance is inviting and comfortable
  • Coordinate with the chef or kitchen staff to ensure that the menu items are available and that daily specials are planned and promoted effectively.
  • Help with waiters in taking orders from customers
  • Schedule reservations, set up the dining area, and coordinating with the front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth flow of customers during peak times.
