Quest is looking for a brilliant Resourcing Executive to join our team in Dubai who will support our London Office Recruitment Team! You will be an integral part of the company by providing invaluable support to our recruitment team in candidate name gathering, candidate management, and database searching among others.As a Resourcer at Quest, it will be your job to support the Recruitment Consultants with tasks that include candidate name gathering, applicant management, interviewing, database searching and ensuring quality assurance compliance.Typically, youll be carrying out these types of duties every day: -Source and select candidates from Job Boards and Linked InNetwork and advertise jobs to potential candidatesIdentify skills to match appropriately with vacancies Negotiate contracts and new starter packsDeal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, etcYou will focus mainly on recruiting for Retail, IT, Digital and Finance positions, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match.
