Job Description

Our client is one of the reputed operations in real estate property valuation business operations in residential commercial properties. They are complete solutions to provide real estate valuation services in Dubai and they are looking for a Residential Valuerwho canConducts property inspections on assigned projects and produce accurate inspection notes and valuation reports.In this role your duties /responsibilities will be :

  • Consistently produces error free output and concerns maintaining standards of accuracy and quality, including that of immediate colleagues.
  • Prepares written location and property description in the valuation reports
  • Ensures that all reports and recommendations on reports and inspections comply with the
  • RICS guidelines as amended from time to time by the RICS
  • Develops an understanding of the residential market, trends, prices and rates to assist in valuation preparations
  • Carries out other related duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Has the desire to help or serve internal or external customers and to meet or exceedexpectations
  • Self-motivated and sticks to the 24-hour deadlines required in mortgage valuationinstructions.
  • Be able to produce written reports in English to present findings along with recommendationof Market Value
  • Be able to communicate ideas and solutions to problems
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must fulfill the below criteria:
  • Graduate with a desire to work in the valuation industry.
  • Relevant degree and/or willingness to work towards achieving it.
  • Real estate experience
  • Must be proficient in basic IT skills MS office, and basic understanding of a software similar to ValuePro.
  • Driving license
