Job PurposeConducts property inspections on assigned projects and produces accurate inspection notes and valuation reports.Job Responsibilities

Consistently produces error free output and is concerned with maintaining standards of accuracy and quality

including that of immediate colleagues.

Prepares written location and property description in the valuation reports.
Ensures that all reports and recommendations on reports and inspections comply with the RICS guidelines as

amended from time to time by the RICS.

Develops an understanding of the residential market, trends, prices and rates to assist in valuation

preparations.

Carries out other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Has the desire to help or serve internal or external customers and to meet or exceed expectations.
Self-motivated and sticks to the 24-hour deadlines required in mortgage valuation instructions.
Be able to produce written reports in English to present findings along with recommendation of Market Value
Be able to communicate ideas and solutions to problems.
