Job Description

Our client is a leading F&B group in the UAE, they own and manage several successful F&B venues and are looking to hire a Reservations Manager for one of their venues, this is a great opportunity to join a successful business.Key Responsibilities

  • Areas of responsibility include Restaurants Reservations.
  • Ensures the proper day-to-day operation of the Restaurant Bookings/Walk ? ins and works in close co-operation and communication with the F & B Management.
  • Liaise with Restaurant & Bar managers to ensure bookings are accurately made and communicated. Oversee reservations/reception staff in their duties
  • Manage table bookings for large events, or other functions
  • Supervise billing arrangements
  • Handle inventories for reception/reservation department
  • Carry out regular training, development and management of reservations/reception staff
  • Forecasting revenue stream
  • Assist and monitor all activities in the department.
