Reservations AgentJob Location : UAE:•Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.•Process reservations and changes to existing reservations accurately and efficiently.•Utilize computer systems to check availability, rates, and book reservations.•Provide guests with accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, and policies.•Promote hotel amenities and services to increase sales and revenue.•Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.•Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.Requirements:•High school diploma or equivalent.•At least 2 years of experience as a Reservations Agent in a hotel or resort.•Excellent communication and customer service skills.•Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Opera knowledge is an advantage.•Must be available in the UAE.
