  • Promote Golf bookings with all market segments and increase productivity thereby reaching targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by on-time response - over email/chat/phone call/walk in
  • Coordinate with the golf clubs with regards to bookings and status/requirements associated with it
  • Follow up on billings for clients both overseas and local bookings
  • Coordinate with the accounts department regarding payments done by credit card, bank transfers and cash/cheque
