Job Description

Position Title: Reservations ManagerEmployment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: as per UAE lawJob Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly assisting clients, anticipating their needs, and ensuring VIP/repeat guests receive special attention. Oversee the department?s compliance with DCT standards for hotel classification.
  • Manage daily reservations operations, including task allocation, arrival report reviews, occupancy forecasting, group bookings and maintaining updated rates in the system and correspondence files.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department to analyze occupancy and rates, monitor incentive programs and ensure accurate reporting and adherence to policies.
  • Uphold hotel environmental, health, and safety standards, comply with OSH legislation and report safety incidents to supervisors or EHS/HR officers
