Job Description

Position Title:Reservation ManagerEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A newly opened high end stand alone restaurant based in Dubai

  • Ensuring that customer reservations are fulfilled in a timely manner while meeting all deadlines
  • Processing payment for all reservations using a computer reservation system
  • Organizing and overseeing all reservations activities including making sales calls and soliciting new business
  • Assisting clients with special requests or problems with reservations, giving options / suggestions
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information in company databases related to client data, reservations, payments, and other records
  • Working with marketing staff to develop new products or services to meet customer needs
