Job Description

We are looking for a Reservation Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. As a Reservation Executive, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of reservations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing revenue for our hotel.Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  2. Provide accurate and detailed information to guests regarding room availability, rates, and hotel facilities.
  3. Process reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  4. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  5. Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
  6. Maintain a good knowledge of the local area, attractions, and events to assist guests with their travel plans.
  7. Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  8. Monitor and manage room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  9. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotions and packages to attract guests.
  10. Prepare reports on reservation statistics, revenue, and occupancy rates.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience as a Reservation Executive or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple reservations and tasks simultaneously.
  4. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  5. Proficient in using reservation software and computer systems.
  6. Knowledge of hotel operations and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
  7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  8. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  9. Customer service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  10. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
