Reservation AgentJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :•Handle customer inquiries and process reservations for accommodations and tours.•Coordinate with accommodation providers and tour operators to secure bookings and arrange itineraries.•Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.•Maintain accurate and organized reservation records and databases.•Promote tour packages and make recommendations to enhance customers travel experiences.•Handle customer issues or complaints, seeking appropriate resolutions.•Generate reports on reservation and tour statistics for analysis.Requirements :•2- 3 experience in the Destination Management / Tourism industry or similar•Strong knowledge of Reservation systems and experience in handling CIS market.•Ability to handle different clients proposals/projects.•Liaise with Contracting Department in ensuring reservations are within the agreed contracts with the hoteliers.•Liaise with the Operations Department for other bookings like excursions, transfers, etc.•Process bookings, cancellations, amendments, or any other requests or adjustments.•Organize, accurate, and Excellent Communication Skills•Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to a multicultural environment.
