Reservation AgentJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Responsible to monitor and handle the bookings and queries received on a daily basis.•Manage and handle queries to the Confirmation of the services requested.•Ensure all queries to be handled in the professional manner and if requested hotels are not available on the same the alternative offer should be with the hotels on the same category and same location.•Respond in timely manner to the lead, create a personal connection with client, collect information & discover clients needs•Schedule and coordinate the viewing via hotel contact person.•Send personalized proposal to the client and followup•Get the reservation confirmed by the HA & Close the deal (or redirect it to a different property if needed).•Follow up for the payment to be made on time by the Guest•To attend and handle all the issues related to hotel booking, availability, rates differences, online issues etc. and report to the Head Of department and follow up till the end of the issue.•To make sure all queries have been actioned and followed up for the pending bookings before leaving the office.•Close monitor and rates or promotions in the bookings and report to Dept. Head for any rate disparity between the Hotel Invoice and our system before confirming the booking.•Ability to work under pressure and ability to handle multiple tasks.Requirements:•University degree in hotel management or similar field•At least 3 to 5 years experience as Sales Executive / Reservation Agent in Hotels or Travel industries•Excellent communication & organizational skills•Handson, eye for details, active, motivated & results oriented team player.•Multitasking skill
