Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Reservations Agent / Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in travel, be customer-focused, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The role involves creating and booking bespoke travel experiences, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and providing them with exceptional customer service throughout their journey.Responsibilities:

  • Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
  • Book travel arrangements and communicate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to secure reservations and confirmations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support before, during, and after travel, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, destinations, and products to provide up-to-date and accurate advice to clients.
  • Assist with general office tasks as required.
