We are seeking highly motivated and positive candidates to join our team. Currently, were searching for a Reservation Agent, candidate must have solid experience with proven records in Customer Service, Airbnb platform, and Booking platform. YOUR ROLE:? To complete all reservations and inquiries from customers and guests in a timely matter while providing high-standard customer service. You will need to negotiate with potential customers on rates, offer alternate properties if requested and confirm bookings, altering, or cancel reservations. You must ensure that all sales principles are used for every inquiry handled.? Guests support during the reservation duration and handle all special requests, give recommendations if needed, and deal with any difficult situation with a calm and professional approach. You will communicate with the Team Manager as necessary on any reservation issues that need attention or assistance.? Manage daily rates & promotion, also control rooms availability to maximize occupancies and increase revenue.? Answer questions regarding rooms, facilities, rates, and events.? Manage and conduct research for competitive hotels/apartments activities to identify opportunities and the competitions weaknesses.MUST HAVE:? Minimum of 2 years experience as Reservation Agent.? Significant customer support skills with proven records.? Located in UAE.? Available to join immediately/soon.Experience:? Reservations Agent: 2 years (Required)?
