Job Description

ABOUT USAscent Search recruits top-bracket talent for investors and rapidly growing companies globally - including PE & VC funds, Startups/Scaleups and Corporate leaders.We are based in Dubai, with assignments in US, EMEA and Asia Pacific.THE ROLE: Research Associate | Location: Dubai officeResearch - assignments

  • Working with MD on active assignments
  • Utilising CRM, tools and market mapping to highlight and approach candidates
  • Approaching, Screening and briefing candidates
  • Providing outlines of opportunities and screening for client?s requirements & organisation culture
  • Re-targeting (based on internal and client feedback)
  • Writing effective summaries to introduce CVs to hiring managers
  • Managing status updates: interview feedback, action plans etc.
Research ? market mapping
  • Market mapping (current employees & alumni of top-tier Consulting, Investment Banking and Advisory firms)
  • Complete org charts for leading Investment funds in our key markets ? Africa, Middle East and Southeast Asia
  • Prepare reports and periodically, presentations for clients
Other
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Maintaining records on our CRM, regular conversations with contacts
  • Market Intelligence: Conducting cyclical benchmarking research (e.g. industry salary surveys).
