  • Responsible and accountable for all R&D initiatives, including the creation and management of the R&D plan
  • Responsible and accountable for restaurants R&D initiatives and innovations, including the creation and management of the R&D plan, this will include CTR and KPI development and management, manpower plans and overall scheduling.
  • Support the supply chain through the development and/or localization of alternative and sustainable food and packaging materials for the new and existing products
  • Propose, develop, and implement new product development/launches as required by the business
  • Collaborate with R&D regional offices and with related support functions for proper execution of the product related projects in UAE
