Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Rent A Car General Manager in Dubai, UAE. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our rent a car business and ensuring its profitability and growth. You will oversee the day-to-day activities, manage a team of employees, and ensure excellent customer service.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and financial targets.
  2. Manage and monitor the performance of all departments within the rent a car business, including sales, operations, customer service, and finance.
  3. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  4. Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  5. Manage the rental fleet, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the rent a car industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  5. Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
