Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tile installation, masonry, painting, and general handyman tasks. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage a variety of repair, maintenance, and renovation projects efficiently and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:

  • Tile Installation: Measure, cut, and install ceramic, porcelain, and other types of tile for floors, walls, backsplashes, and other surfaces. Prepare surfaces, apply adhesives, grout, and finish as needed.
  • Masonry: Perform brick, stone, and concrete work, including laying bricks and stones, repairing or rebuilding walls, sidewalks, driveways, and foundations. Ensure the integrity of masonry structures.
  • Painting: Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, priming, cleaning), apply paints, stains, or finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, and ensure clean and smooth results. Perform touch-ups and re-painting as required.
  • Handyman Services: Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including fixing doors, windows, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, and more. Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
  • General Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Provide ongoing repairs and improvements to residential or commercial properties.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Always maintain a clean and organized work environment.
