Job Description:? To manage set of mapped HNI Wealth Clients based in UAE and engage with them for better service.? Handling of NRI Wealth customers query / complaints as per policy and to assist them on deposits and other products.? To ensure full compliance on the regulatory guidelines on promotion of products & services.? Timely KYC updation of Wealth customers account.? Co-ordinate with CSMs in Dubai and Product team in India for smooth clearance of documents.? Provide inputs to the product team on Market conditions and new products.? Ensure the book growth as per KPI set.? To undertake projects and assignment from time to time as directed by Supervisor / Seniors
