Job Purpose:?Events CoordinatorSupport the Events division with projects ranging from helping to plan, organise and execute events from behind the scenes to assisting with pre on-site and post-event delivery.Relationship ManagerOur role is to be the key operational link between a number of internal departments and stakeholders both within and external to the business.We are the 3rd stage in a Provider?s operational journey. Stage 1 being Compliance, Stage 2 Commercials, and stage 3 being operations.We;? Maximise revenue from all streams in the FR department and create new opportunities for growth.? Manage relationships of the Facility Rental department stakeholders within allocated venues to ensure all users are considered and valued.? Are accountable for the revenue generated in our allocated venues by coordinating all users to maximise utilization.? Manage and fulfil contractual obligations of all FR contracts to increase retention.? Deliver on Schools extra-curricular ambitions by facilitating links with Third Party Providers.Key Objectives:Events Coordinator? Support the delivery of all the Dubai Schools Games events? Uplift the event services and offerings, contribute new event ideas? Lead on administrative aspects of the Dubai Schools Games? Assist with updating and monitoring the Dubai Schools Games website with the assistance of the ESMcreate and ESMsolutions? Support the events division with other events and projects as and when Events Manager directsRelationship Manager? Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders within allocated venues? Create a cohesive ecosystem to achieve and exceed revenue targets set by senior management? Manage and business develop programs at all venues? Be the core stakeholder of your ecosystem and ensure ALL users are considered and serviced to a high standard? Embrace & meet the standard operational and HSE targets as set by the senior management? Mitigate & Minimize disruptions, set up and manage changes to scheduling and to maximise the overall revenue generated from each site? Ensure all activities and programs adhere to the local laws, and rules and regulations of governing bodies
