Job Description:?To implement the corporate banking strategy to cover the MNCs & Local corporates, which qualify the frame work for corporate lending/trade finance/project finance in target countries.?Establish and leverage on corporate relationships with UAE based companies operating in India through Subsidiaries & JVs. Identify lending opportunities with these companies in consultation with Corporate Banking team in India.?To build and maintain relationship with various local/MNC corporates in GCC having substantial trade relationship with India.?To identify and extend facilities to corporates for its business requirement in India.?Establish relationships with banks in this region for trade and treasury business.?To complete due diligence, internal risk clearance and committee approvals of the credit notes.?To structure deals as per client and Bank's requirement and co-ordinate with structuring team in India.?Ensure timely delivery of service to the client.?To establish and implement a review mechanism to monitor existing exposures and in turn business performance.?To undertake projects and assignments from time to time as directed by the supervisor/manager.
