Job Description

DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, customers, or stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and that long-term partnerships are cultivated.Role & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by driving customer engagement, lead conversion, and client detention, ensuring revenue goals are consistently met.
  • Leverage experience in DLD and OQOOD registration to handle official documentation and ensure compliance with Dubai?s real estate regulations.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to monitor leads, follow-ups, and optimize the client engagement journey, specifically for off-plan real estate projects.
  • Track and analyze customer data, sales inquiries, and investor interests to identify opportunities for improved conversions, client retention, and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and investor networks to increase project visibility and revenue.
  • Lead and guide the sales team to meet revenue targets, aligning goals with current and upcoming off-plan project timelines.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, investor feedback, and leads generated through marketing campaigns, ensuring a premium experience at every touchpoint.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential buyers, investors, property brokers, and Dubai-based real estate agencies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with project launches, campaigns, and client communication initiatives.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies tailored to Dubai?s real estate market, ensuring smooth post-sales support.
  • Prepare detailed CRM performance reports to track and evaluate sales processes, pipeline progression, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide insights on client expectations, competitor offerings, and market trends to keep the company?s CRM approach competitive in Dubai?s real estate sector.
