About this role

Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the Armenian-speaking market segment.
Assist in onboarding new clients and partners, providing them with necessary information and support.
Act as a liaison between clients/partners and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
Gather feedback from clients/partners and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement of our products and services.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Provide administrative support to the Relationship Management team as needed.

Requirements to apply

Fluent in Armenian and proficient in English (written and verbal).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the growth of ICC Loyalty.
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
