The candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities with the life science market including large pharma accounts and mid-tier players in your region.You will work alongside with the senior management based in Switzerland and both internal and external partners to set our commercial strategy for the Middle East region.Regional Sales Directorresponsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.Responsibilities

  • identify new business opportunities in the Life Science Enterprise Accounts
  • work and build relationships with key decision-makers especially at C-Level
  • identify key partners for sales execution in your region
  • provide solutions to complex business problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives and technology solutions
  • articulate and promote the companys values, value proposition, and offerings
  • responsible for achieving established revenue goals and budgets
  • utilize networking expertise to develop existing and new local, regional, and national opportunities to further enhance corporate alliances and strengthen relationships to maximize sales results and maintain/increase retention
  • contract negotiation and relationship management
  • work in collaboration with internal teams and lead them virtually/remotely to drive and close opportunities
  • once established, optimisation of client relationship and customer engagement
Requirements This is a critical role, and the successful candidate will operate as the owner for defining and executing the sales strategy for the assigned region, driving top line growth and delivering large deals.You also will need to be able to think strategically to build out business development opportunities and the sales pipeline while driving customer value propositions.You are a self-starter and are motivated by the ambition to deliver above objectives and perform as a critical player in our mission of building up a strong Brand in the Middle East region. Experience
  • successful track record of over 5+ years in a similar role selling top-notch IT solutions for life sciences companies across Middle East
  • you have successfully launched a new region or country resulting with an emphasis on profitable, sustainable growth and new business development
  • solid strong network of life science customers and solid experience of selling IT Services to have confident discussions with customers
  • experience collaborating with a remote cross-functional team across business units to achieve sales and customer satisfaction objectives
