  • Responsible for securing & acquiring new business for Catering & Retail sites in different modules and maintaining a client base.
  • Responsible for achieving Catering & Retail sales objectives and revenue goals within areas of responsibility
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of catering, including meeting with clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the central kitchen & other involved departments for all service activities.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the New Retail location, including meeting with clients, preparing proposals, and negotiating the module?.
  • Supervise team during all aspects of Catered events & Retail Kiosks to ensure high-quality service standards and presentations are met.
  • Monitor and analyze menus and products of competitive catering companies and competitive Convenience Stores, Food Retail in all markets.
  • Set budgets and growth strategies in place for different markets.
  • Handle client complaints & review their feedback and take the necessary actions for Catering events & Retail kiosks
  • Check catering venue set-ups as outlined in the Function Contracts.
  • Regular visits to all Retail Sites to maintain a relationship with clients & to improve the overall Sales.
  • Responsible for the inventory for the Catering & Retail Department.
What Are We Looking For?
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position & industry i.e Catering
  • Good knowledge of Food Safety Management system
  • Fluent in English & Arabic, with good communication and reporting skills.
  • Proven exposure and experience leading teams across multiple territories.
  • Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to utilize data to establish trigger point priorities and develop a tactic to deploy them.
  • Energetic and motivational leadership styles focused on personal influence.
  • Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders and managing expectations against rapid growth deadlines.
