? Responsible for logistics, sourcing & movement of raw material and finished products.? Develop SOP?s, implement and maintain best practice logistics principals, policies and processes.? Plan, manage & evaluate 3PL Operations liaising with internal stake holders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.? Ensure logistics programs are run and executed as per the sectional, government and national customs and border rules and regulations.? Plan ahead with logistics Coordinator on sea and land cargo loading, delivery charges with transporters and settling rates.? Coordinate with Sourcing & inventory Manager for feed stock and finished goods storage and inventory management.? Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle? Coordinate with GEMS KSA for Feed stock movement? Hiring and managing ISO tanks, road tanks & bulk vessels cargo movement? Ensure Safety of product during storage & transit through Risk Assessment and mitigation plan? Coordinate with Sales for finished goods movement? Conduct routine VSM (Value Stream mapping) and FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) for logistics optimization to resolve day to day issues and implement preventive actions.
