About the role.Al Futtaim Auto Centers is the Tier 2 service business that provides service, repairs, tyres, batteries and maintenance to any make or model of vehicle on the road in the UAE. It is currently made up of numerous Fast Fit sites and a mobile tyre vehicle.?Over the next 3 years we are looking to expand the UAE network by opening new Fast Fit locations and numerous large multiple bay Auto Centers operations that will offer a full range of service, maintenance, repairs, and vehicle enhancements.We are looking for a Regional Manager to help us develop, implement, roll out and lead this new area of our business.?The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations, developing, establishing, and ensuring compliance to operational standards, leading a world class team to ensure sites provide excellent customer service, while ensuring achievement of or exceeding the location?s monthly/annual sales and profitability targets.??Core Responsibilities:
