Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational food production company in Dubai. They are looking for a Regional Key Account Manager - MEA to join their team.The role of the Regional Key Account Manager is to manage the existing Global, Regional, and Local Key Accounts to build a plan with each account, and to identify further opportunities within these accounts. Additionally, a target list of new potential accounts must be built, and a basic product basket targeted at key accounts is to be identified.The core task of this role is to ensure that we transform the existing key account customer relationships, from commercial/transactional connections to real partnerships by building a strategy for and with each customer aligning specific liquids and sauces growth projects to their expansion plans.?Job Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and execute key account management across MEA with the focus on the GCC
  • Design and execute key account specific annual plans?
  • Handle big accounts by building rapport and generating new business as well as expanding relationships with existing stakeholders
  • Set and achieve top-line regional targets by gaining an understanding of key customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to steer profitability and generate new sales?
  • Prepare activity grids, forecasts, and reports of progress to internal & external stakeholders
  • Handle all related activities, e.g. events planning, ROI analysis, and portfolio management?
