Work with the corporate and divisional CTO and CIO to develop an integrated regional plan for digital systemsand applications.? Liaise with Country Managers and regional functional heads across the region to understand the needs of thebusiness and its customers; support Project Managers in the selection and implementation of the best digitalsolutions to get better projects results.? Investigate, communicate, and advocate for digital solutions that have been successfully deployed in theDivision or in the Group, working with the IT and Innovation teams.? Propose alternative means to improve service quality and productivity, with an obsessive focus on adding valueto the business through technology.? Quantify the financial and commercial benefits and impact of digital technologies and work with theOperations and Finance teams to define the case for investing in each new technology.? Work with Country Managers and local teams to communicate the benefits of specific new projects and ensurethat the technology is understood and successfully adopted and implemented.? Quantify the benefits post-implementation and identify opportunities for further development andimprovement.
