Job Description

Stakeholder Engagement1. Be well versed with the school?s USP and continuously update oneself with new features of the school to communicate the school ethos and programs effectively.2. Develop personal rapport with prospective families.3. Identity, develop, and maintain relations with but not limited to the following entities/channels to contribute to the enrollment pipeline:a. Corporates, HR Recruitment Agencies, Relocation Agencies etc.b. Relevant Nurseriesc. Relevant influencers, groups, and pages on various platforms4. Develop and Maintain a Community Engagement Program to support Enrollment Activities.5. Work closely with the Director of Admissions and Marketing Team to understand the profile of students and deliver best-in-class admissions pitches and school tours.6. Conduct School Tours if the Admissions Team is short-staffed.Event Management and Engagement1. Develop a calendar of events based on the above engagement to promote the school and drive enrollments.

  1. Develop and execute different events based on different themes relevant to the school and its ethos in support of enrollment activities.
  2. Work with relevant stakeholders to develop an invitee list and invite them to the event.
  3. Execute all events in a timely manner, adhering to corporate and branding guidelines.
  4. Participate at various tradeshows and events as organized by the Admissions Team or Head Office Marketing Team.
Content Production & PR
  1. Review, develop and monitor content, production, and distribution of relevant marketing materials.
  2. Identify PR opportunities within the school that can be used to promote the school across various relevant Media Channels.
  3. Draft and issue press releases as necessary & conduct media interviews along with Senior Management members
  4. Liaison with top media organizations to create long-lasting partnerships
  5. Work with Head Office to develop radio scripts, emailers, newsletters, social media posts etc. to promote enrollment activity and calendar of events.
